GHOTEL living Stuttgart
The GHOTEL living Stuttgart is located in Neugereut, a quiet part of Stuttgart in the North of the city. A bus station is only 7 minutes away on foot from the apartment building. From there you can easily reach the city centre. A greenbelt recreation area with Max-Eyth Lake is nearby.
All apartments of GHOTEL living Stuttgart are ready for occupancy and are equipped with a shower/toilet, kitchenettes, a wardrobe, bed, table, chair, cable TV connection, intercom system and a letterbox. For a minor deposit, we will additionally provide crockery, a hot-water boiler and a coffee machine. The functional "Classic" apartments provide a solid basis for your new second home and have an easy-care synthetic floor covering. The attractively furnished apartments of the "Modern" type have wall-to-wall carpets. Both apartment categories have a size of appr. 20 square metres. Half of them have a balcony. Washing machines and dryers are available in the basement of the building.
Your "Classic" apartment is cleaned weekly if you wish, or once when you move out. The weekly cleaning comprises a change of bed linen and towels. This is already included in the rent for the "Modern" apartments.
To ensure that you will be perfectly happy during your entire stay, a property manager is on site on weekdays to advise and assist you.

We are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and on week-end and on bank holidays on demand. In case of arrival outside the above mentioned reception hours we kindly ask you to contact us in advance.
