Question: Booking?

  • How can I book a room at GHOTEL hotel & living?
    → Online or over the phone at the respective hotel.

  • Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
    → No, you can also book without a credit card. If you book without a credit card, your room will be kept free until 6.00 p.m. of your arrival day. If you choose a guaranteed reservation with credit card, your room will also be kept free after this time. In this case, the credit card only serves as a guarantee and will only be charged if you do not show up without cancelling beforehand.

  • Can I book extra services?
    → Yes, you can book cost-free extra services – like an extra pillow – as well as those that include extra costs, like a fruit basket, during the process of your online booking.

  • How much is the breakfast?
    → Per person and day 12 Euro.

  • Can I make reservations for parking places?
    → No, parking places cannot be reserved.

Question: Payment?

  •  When do I have to pay for my stay?
    → Upon arrival at the hotel.
  • Which methods of payment do you accept?
    → You can pay cash or with your cash card. Furthermore, we accept the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and VISA.

Question: Cancellation?

  • How can I cancel my booking?
    → Either via E-Mail or over the phone at the respective hotel.

  • What are the cancellation conditions?
    → A cost-free cancellation is possible until 6.00 p.m. of your arrival day. In case you do not show up, we will charge at least 90% of the booked services.

Question: Conferences/Events?

  • Where can I find detailed information about conferences at GHOTEL hotel & living?
    → Detailed Information about conference possibilities at GHOTEL hotel & living can be found in our meeting folders. You can download them in our Download Centre.

  • Are there conference lump-sums or can I put my conference together individually?
    → Both options are possible. In the meeting folder of the respective hotel you will find different lump-sums as well as a list of single options to put together your individual conference or meeting.

  • Can I also have a private event at your hotel?
    → Yes, this is also possible. Our colleagues from the banquet department of the respective hotel will be happy to give you further information about this topic.

Question: Packages?

  • How can I book packages at GHOTEL hotel & living?
    → You can book the packages here or over the phone in the respective hotel.

  • How can I cancel my package reservation?
    → Either via our online form or over the phone in the respective hotel.

Question: Loyalty programme?

  • How does the loyalty programme of GHOTEL hotel & living work?
    → To take part in our loyalty programme, you need our bonus card. With each stay at one of our hotels, you can collect stamps on that card. When the required number of stamps has been reached, you will receive the respective bonus.

  • How do I get the bonus card?
    → Please order your bonus card by sending an e-mail to marketing@ghotel.de. Don’t forget to tell us your postal adress, so that we can send the card to you. Alternatively, you can ask the reception staff in our hotels for a card.

  • How can I get my bonus services after reaching the required number of stamps?
    → Please contact the staff of the hotel in which you would like to claim your free breakfast or overnight stay.

  • Is the bonus card transferable?
    → No, it is only valid for the person whose name is written inside.

Question: Apartment Houses?

  • Where are the apartment houses of GHOTEL hotel & living located?
    → One of them is located in Bonn (quarter Friesdorf) and two of them are located in Munich (quarter Pasing and in the city centre).

  • Is there a minimum amount of overnight stays that I must book?
    → No, all stays can be agreed on and cancelled within a short amount of time.

  • Are all apartments furnished?
    → Yes, all apartments are fully furnished and have a kitchenette with the corresponding equipment.

  • How can I book an apartment?

Question: Gift vouchers?

  • Where can I buy gift vouchers from GHOTEL hotel & living?
    → Either here or via telephone: +49 228 961098 - 43.

  • How do I pay for gift vouchers?
    → After placing an order, you will receive a bill, which you can pay per credit card or bank transfer.

  • Is it possible to buy vouchers for a certain value of money?
    → No, vouchers can only be for a certain amount of overnight stays or a package. However, you can leave the choice of the hotel to the presentee.

  • Are gift vouchers transferable?
    → Yes, you can transfer vouchers as you like.

  • Can I extend the validity of the voucher?
    → Yes, but not more than two times. Please call our marketing department to extend the validity of your voucher: +49 228 961098 - 43.

  • What should I do if I lose my voucher?
    → If you are not able to present your voucher upon arrival, you cannot make use of it anymore, as it basically works like cash when checking in.
